	Love this book
	Growing up in Oklahoma I didn't think I would get much out of this book at first. Upon a detailed look at the book I thought that it would be a fun read. I wasn't expecting the journey that Dr. Jay would take me on over the next 150+ pages. From the panhandle to the keys there are many life lessons that anyone can take from this book. I would suggest it for anyone to read.
